After that, osmo does not work correctly, every time I turn on it, he show a black screen with the following message: "unauthorized device with no serial number" and restarts on its own, doing this in an eternal loop. I believe I have had a problem with the firmware, but I can't access menu to do make anything, I have also tried to update the firmware via the SD card but it does not recognize it. Any tips on what I can do, maybe a hard reset?
