Ordered May 10, was shipped May 18, stuck in customs in Cincinnati since Wednesday 01:00. Supposed to get delivered Friday!

That exact thing happened to me, stuck for 4 days and DHL never called me for the info they needed, I had to call them a couple of times daily for them to take action. Still waiting for the delivery, and it was shipped May 12th.

Ordered April 28, still not shipped. I’m pretty upset.

Something interesting, according to DJI and DHL Tracking:
Order placed: May 11
Shipped: May 18
Left Hong Kong: May 19
Arrived Cincinnati: May 20, 00:30
Arrived Ontario Canada: May 22, 12:21

As of May 25th, 14:50 still not delivered. The closer it gets to my home, the slower it moves!Arrived May 26th at 10:15 .... Great

I've cancelled it. It's ridiculous - I've ordered it 4 hours after the announcement and I'm the only one who haven't got it.

After several negative delivery feedbacks here and trustpilot im stronger and stronger thinking to cancel order direct from DJI and buy from Currys or Amazon

I ordered the MA2 fly more combo on Sat 23 May - collected it in person on the same day from Argos UK

Order the MA2 on launch 28th April, delivery 1 day earlier that suggested 13th April.  Dhina ti UK delivery using DHL.
