Hello,

It seems that the scheme (included with the product and posted here by DJI) shows a wrong propeller position.
It cannot be that - for the right motor (top propellers and bottom propellers as shown in the scheme) - the upper one goes below the bottom one (it's impossible for the propeller shape)

See below a side by side comparison with real product...

How is possible such big mistake?

Also it seems that the order of the propeller to be on top (right motor ones over the left motor ones) is wrong..
In my case - unless my propeller are completelly bended - for the top propellers, the left ones goes over the right ones much more smooth then in the opposite mode as shown in the scheme...

What do you all think about?

How to storage the propellers_edit.jpg

Thanks

Nice find. I have never stored them the "wrong" way like in the picture, cause it is virtually impossible.

I have propellers as dji recommends. Seen from the rear the profile of the left propeller had lost its shape. Something here is wrong Dji storage instructions may be incorrect

I don't see how you could force the propellors that way. Can you post a picture? To put the propellors in the order that the DJI diagram shows would take a lot of force, and it would be obvious that you are bending the hell out of the props.

The props should be recalled as they are way to flimsy. Likely for weight savings however way to weak.

I don't think you understand the original post. The DJI diagram shows the props over each other in the wrong order. In the right order, I agree, they do fold nicely. But in the order shown in the DJI diagram, they are virtually impossible to fold over one another.

Could it be that the handing of the motors has changed since the drawing was drafted? I am not certain if that would explain front over rear or vice versa but it is what occurs to me.

Can't comment about the layering of left and right until I get mine

No, I meant how could you have stored them with the props in the order of the diagram? I understand that your props may have flattened, but I don't see how you can store them like the diagram, with the wrong prop over the other.

It looks like you are right, but not. I mean in both of your photos if you rotate the "TOP" propeller to the right and complete a circle it will become "BOTTOM". Try it.

Yeah, but that doesn't change the order to what is in the DJI diagram. The DJI diagram isn't possible without seriously bending the prop. Essentially, you cannot place the leading edge of the top prop under the trailing edge of the bottom prop, as in the DJI photo, without practically breaking the prop.

If you are referring only for the right side motors perhaps it's not exactly as the scheme... But anyway it should be fine, as that is the only possible way to assemble them.

Hi spanzetta, the picture is to remind users to fold the propellers when storing it, you are correct on the actual propellers folding method, we will also forward this to the related team to notice.  Thank you for bringing this to our attention.
