I am a big concern that the site said it's possible to remove the market in United State of America by July or Else.If its actually remove the market. Then Amazon or Best Buy will gone?

I noticed that the Mavic Air 2 was not mentioned in the lawsuit and that the Mavic Air 2 props can be installed on the wrong motor which might be why it doesn't fall under the lawsuit.  So, perhaps DJI will deplete it stock of drones that do fall under the lawsuit and come out with the Mavic 3 sooner rather then later with props that can be placed on the wrong motor so it like the Air 2 does not fall under the Auto lawsuit.

This could be a win for DJI users.  Price cuts on the Mavic 2s while stock/ability to sell in USA lasts and a Mavic 3 released sooner rather then later.

So all the future DJI drones will not have the propeller safety feature.

Perhaps in the future we will have to buy our DJI props from Autel. Wonder how that would affect warranty?

Well... I was plan to buy a Mavic air 2. But there are maybe to release Mavic 3 by summer. That why I am not sure as wait to see first release. Or better buy Mavic air 2 than no sorry for Mavic 3?

DJI needs to make very resonable offer to Autel on patent infringement(s) and pay all legal expenses.  Being DJI is a multi-Billion dollar company, it will not break DJI.  It also lets DJI continue selling in U.S.

The Air 2 is probably too new to be listed own the law suit as its been going on for some time, however I agree with you on the Air 2 props, the slight design change may make them exempt.
