In the DJI GO 4 app. I am trying to share my vidoes/photos to my android. I click on editor then go share. It says "no avilable device found. Please ensure that Go Share is enabled".
I clicked on the scan box and scanned the QR code from my drone, but it doesn't work. This function used to work fine.  Please help.

Hi Lucido, sorry for the troubles with Go Share, please double check whether you have enabled all the relative privacy settings. For Android system specifically, there is a “WLAN+” function to enhance Internet experience, by which it may disconnect the go share signal because it has no internet access.
If the above steps cannot solve the problem, try the following:
Manually select the AP band as 2.4GHz in “Go Share” setting;
Reset the network in “Wireless & network”.
