Is there a way to use the DJI Googles with the Mavic Air 2?

It’s not looking good for goggles, maybe down the line, I’m a little surprised as many Air1 users had available goggle use.

I would not rule it out yet. Wait for the Smart Controller update for the Air 2. The Smart controller has an HDMI out.

buying a 700 dollar controller to use 500 dollar goggles is silly though. especially when they are wireless to begin with.

Don't knock it till you try it. I use my goggles
with both MP1 and Zoom and it's a blast especially
flying in tight places.

Hello there Dokken65. Thank you for reaching out. As of this time the DJI Mavic Air 2 does not support DJI Goggles. Kindly please stay tuned to the future updates and compatibility for the DJI Mavic Air 2 on our official DJI Website at www.dji.com . Thank you for your understanding and please be safe always.

correct. you shouldn't buy an expensive controller that you absolutely cannot use while waiting for the update to make it compatible.  others who might already have a compatible drone may want to buy the scm and use it now in anticipation.  keep in mind the scm is not available in unlimited quantities, there was once upon a time they were not so easy to get.  if there is an scm 2 on the roadmap and/or the scm 1 is eol than be prepared for the rush from the ma2 crowd if you want to follow the massess.  also with us and china trade, it's not inconceivable that prices may fluctuate, too.  it's been known to happen.
