Yes, but only with two RCs running a single app each, paired to one aircraft - called Dual RCs or Master/Slave Control.  In this scenario any combination of SDK based apps or DJI official apps is possible.  However, two apps on one mobile device can not communicate with an RC simultaneously.

I have to switch to DJI Go4 for RTH alt while I have Pix4D or something else up as it pulls that data setting from Go4.

The SDK allows for a 3rd party app to get the same data in app.  Perhaps reach out to Pix4D to make a feature request!

Pix4D does a great job at flagging when the compass interference is too much.  Go4 says ready to go but Pix4D says no so it either doesn't start the engines or it starts, hovers, and goes no where.  Had a job on top of apartment complexs in NY.  Depending where you stand, compass interference is worse.

No.

Gyroscope data, if you mean IMU,  is tricky even if you only using one app. It's not in the public sdk.
