Hello everybody,I have purchased the Mavic Air 2 yesterday and they have inform me about the warranty ,
which is 2 years for the bird and 1 year for the batteries .

I thought it was 1 year for drone and 6 months for battery, did this change

What is the difference between warranty and care?

nik, short short short answer is warranty is for manufacturer defect and care is for pilot defect.

They changed that with M2”s , but I thought battery was still 6 months, will have to recheck.

The DJI web site still shows 12 months and 6 months for the MA2, but what I am seeing may not have been updated. https://www.dji.com/service/policy

it comes with the drone with you purchase to or receive it as a gift. It's standard. The care refresh is something you would have to purchase separately.

How do you know if you have a warranty?

All DJI drones come with a warranty, and your country will have a consumer law protecing your warranty. However the DJI warranty is not an international one, you have to buy the drone from either DJI or an authorised dealer in your country to have that warranty. If you buy it in another country, then you have to return it to that country for warranty repairs.
