M300 RTK NOT connecting to RTK station

Hi,

I've recently purchased the new DJI M300 RTK. It flies perfectly fine. However, when I try connecting it to the D-RTK station, I get the message "No D-RTK 2 Mobile Stations found". The station is on, and is in "Operationg Mode 5 Mobile Base Station (Broadcast Mode, M300 RTK)".
All lights on the station are green and the Operation Mode light flashes 5 times indicating it's in Mode 5. I've followed all the instruction as per the D-RTK manual

Any idea what the issue could be? All firmwares are up to date.

Not only the remote but also the M300 firmware, charging station, batteries and payloads! If using an H20 series you can only upgrade that via the memory card with firmware in root directory.

Thanks everyone. It's all solved. The Controller + Drone firmware update.
The controller was not detecting the new update form the cloud nor when I connect it to my Assistant 2 for Mac. I was only able to update it through Assistant 2 for windows for some weird reason.

Same for me DJI Assistant 2 on my iMac wouldn't connect to the M300 so I used a Windows laptop instead.

I have exactly the same issue. It connects fine with a slow blinking red light (indoors) but as soon as more satellites are picked up, it disconnects. I've checked the firmware several times, but will try again now. I'm in touch with DJI support about this as COPTRZ weren't able to diagnose this any further either.

What should the latest controller software be? I've just refreshed all software to: Enterprise Controller V01.00.0213 using Windows. Pilot app is on V1.09.OR. The D-RTK 2 is on V03.00.0013. M300 RTK is on V01.00.0211. Batteries all on the latest too. Just tried it again, and still have the same issue. I've tried different modes, different start-up sequences, different locations and even two D-RTK 2 for Matrice Mobile Stations. Whatever I try, I get the same results. Could it be the RTK antennas on the aircraft itself?

Just to let others know, my RTK ground station fresh out of the box would blink twice on the mode light but if you try to change the mode the device would reboot, ended up being firmware that needed to be updated via DJI Assistant 2 for Matrice Series on my PC (Windows). Once that was done it worked as instructed.

I had the same issue - it was resolved by activating the RTK ground station in the DJI Assistant2 for Matrice on my laptop. A pop up will show stating requires activation.

Unfortunately I too am having the same issue that the RTK will not show on the list within the Pilot app and it will only connect indoors.

I have been in touch with DJI directly and this issue is a high priority and being dealt with accordingly.  Once I am told any further news I shall update with a new post below.  I am expecting a FW revision to be issued.

I also continue to have connection problems between the Matrice 300 and the D-RTK2 mobile station. It happens to me either to search for the station and not find anything or I receive the message (RTK CONNECTED. RTK DATA CONVERTING) and in the end however, the station does not connect

I have received a fix from DJI - it is in the form of a pre-release FW for the RTK2 (v03.00.0015).  I am unable to share the FW as I had to login into Assistant2 for Matrice using a specific DJI account, not my own.  

I can confirm this has completely fixed my RTK2 connection issues and strongly advise you contact DJI to obtain the necessary instructions to update your RTK2.  I presume this will become a public FW release in the near future.  The aircraft & controllers don't require an update.

I spoke with my supplier and they spoke to DJI.  The FW version required is V03.00.0015 and is not a public release as they're still testing it for general release.  I am waiting to hear back from DJI if I am allowed to share the information with other users.

I contacted DJI and I got a new login in the assistant  -tried beta and worked fine.
My question is that I can not see anywhere a 3.0.0.xx version ...
Why is that?

For that, you need to update the firmware of D-RTK 2. I had the same issue once I updated the firmware of  D-RTK 2 issue was sorted.
