Simple walking test, held side by side.
S9 Plus on the left, Osmo Pocket on the right.
Samsung footage was untouched, DJI footage is always too dark, so I enhanced the shadows a bit and corrected the white balance.

S9 Plus has more dynamic range out of the box, it was shot in 1080p 30fps with HDR on (non 10bit of course, but still helps).
There are weird stabilization issues with the S9, look at trees and stuff- they stay in place while everything else is moving, super weird.

Osmo Pocket is great but footage usually requires tuning to look better.

I had a Galaxy Note 4 in the past and I think it had superior video capabilities than the S9 Plus.
