Took the MA2 for it's maiden flight.  Went to a large a field, no one was around.  Started in tripod mode to get a feel for the controls, really smooth.  There was about a 7-8 mph wind with some gusts here there, amazed how the MA2 just hovered right in place.  Flipped to normal, tested the various quickshot modes, very cool.  Put it in sport mode and wowza this thing is fast.  Had butterflies initially but it worked out perfectly.  Did a max elevation of 300 feet and didn't fly too far away, basically over the field.  The footage was lame, but that is fine, really happy camper over here.  Can't wait to take it hiking, granted not state parks.

Hi. I was just thinking today about what a pleasure it is to fly the Mavic Air 2. Having owned a Parrot Bebop 2 and a Mavic Mini and experienced piloting those craft every time I put the Air 2 up I get new goosebumps. I can only imagine what thrills the Mavic Air 2 gives someone who is a newcomer to drones. Great choice by you in buying the Air 2 and I hope you have many enjoyable flights.
