Correct - and there’s isn’t an iOS 1.1.4 yet, it’s still 1.1.3. At the moment, only Android 1.1.5 (just been released today, so probably an issue with the referenced 1.1.4} can access these functions.

...but why is there such a big gap between Android an Ios (1.1.3 / 1.15) ?
Is this an issue from apple ?
Well it may be a long time. when they announced the drone at the end of April they said that it would be compatible with the Smart Controller ( making it seem that the update would be out within weeks). Here we are 6 weeks after and...
although this drone is nice, it's got a long way to go to surpass the original Mavic Air.

Are you serious, it’s streets ahead of orignal Mavic air. You have Ocysync twice the length of battery hyperlapse 48mp photo 4k 60fps etc etc etc, do you really think anyone would swap A2 for A1, you’re obviously having a laugh .

As a long-time user & buyer, you can no longer believe anything DJI says. Software updates are unfortunately not good and that's exactly where the problem lies.
Will I encounter any performance issues flying my MA2 on FW v01.00.0250 with iOS Fly App v.1.1.13? Given that the release note states 1.1.14 which hasn't been released as yet by Apple.
Was really hoping that the gps/signal icons would have a dark background added in this software update. Since iOS app isn't out yet maybe they fixed that. Most of the time the white text is unreadable and I like to see how many satellites are locked etc. My older android tablet doesn’t even show the fly app in the play store at all. I use my iPhone so I guess we Apple users have to wait.
G'day All, hmm, have gone to perform the update, the RC has updated to v01.00.025 ok, however the aircraft fails. it appears to sit at 40% for some time then prompts with an Error 9003, any ideas?
Fly app is v1.1.5
AC is currently at v01.00.013 ( I think)
Have restarted all devices, have even reinstalled DJI Fly (android)

Download the DJI assistant 2 for mavic and try to upgrade the drone from there :-)

Hmm. My DJI Fly did not see an update. When I tried "Check for Updates," it said, "Server error. Try again later." Perhaps EVERYBODY is updating?
DJI Assist 2 for Mavic also says "Network Error. Please Retry."
I'm not sure about the DJI fly app, but I had the same Network error message until I disabled the VPN

I was out flying some today, i had no issues with the new update. Everything worked as it should :-)
I miss the better DJI app, the “FLY” is too simplistic and underwhelming in its informative GUI.
Please give an option, not all Air2 owners are beginners by a long shot, I personally have over 80hrs in flight and 800 miles.
Had Mavic Air 2 in low light situation, hovering above its home point, for a while, maybe 2 mins as I was adjusting “too simple Fly app” at about 6’ up aux light on. The craft just went hard left right into palm trees, only time I’ve ever, EVER seen a DJI not respond to my inputs.
I have the data, need to look at it, all updates done. Almost sure it had to do with it being very low light. I should have landed it vs let it hover.
No damage, was picking up speed but didn’t have time.

"Added ability to store 8K Hyperlapse in RAW format, use playback to view 8K Hyperlapse, and for more media players to play 8K Hyperlapse."
Thank you!
