Hi,

If I try check the status service plan of my AIR it says serial number is invalid: 0K1DF3V1BDYW3E
Why?

Hi there, I've managed to get your order number (DJI Care Refresh Mavic Air) via your forum account, it was purchased on 2018-04-21, your DJI Care Refresh service plan had expired, so it says the serial number is invalid.
