Hello my order is stuck in Memphis waiting on clearance. Please provide an update. It is going on for two weeks now

If your order goes like mine did, it will be returned to DJI. In my case, they didn't provide the proper information on the customs form.

Was it FEDEX? IF so - does the tracking mention the issue?

FEDEX
Shipment subject to anti-dumping/ countervailing review. Shipment held for agreement to pay duty.
Recommended action: Fedex will contact Importer.

Tracking history in EST. Ordered on the 15th. Original delivery date 6/19. Updated to 6/23. Then FedEx kept pushing notifications next day, then again the next day. Now finally stuck in customs or where evers

YES - it sure looks like it ... bad paperwork = return to China. I just called FEDEX and even they can't tell me where my package really is.

package received today

Mine is stuck in customs too. It's been 4 days since i've even recieved info on the tracking number. Please help i've been waiting six days since the original delivery date

Yes. after it left alaska again from memphis back to memphis LOL. it was pending and i felt a bit of relief since it didnt seem like it was going back to china. next morning it was updated and i received the package a couple hours after fedex estimated time

I just received an email stating that my package is stuck due to a clearance delay and its stuck in Memphis. I was supposed to received it yesterday, but now order says pending with these error message below. Would anybody know if I will still be able to receive the package? It was supposed to be a surprise for my husband. Anything helps! Thank you!
