Hello. My case number is CAS-4517688-D4M8V5. I sent my Mavic Air 2 to DJI using the received shipping label last Monday, June 22nd. On Thursday June 25th, I received notification that the drone was received by the DJI facility in Cerritos, California. Can you please confirm that my replacement drone should be sent today, as today is the 2nd business day after receipt of the drone by DJI? Also, how many days should I expect the shipment of the replacment drone to take and is a signature required to receive the package? Thank you for your help.
