I have been using my Mavic 2 Pro for a year with my email address.


I just bought a new Inspire 2 & cannot sign into my account with my email address. (Although I can do this with my Mavic)

My email address has the domain suffix of .photography & I think that you system has problems to recognise this suffix, despite my using it on the Mavic & despite using it for my account & in the store.



I am using the standard Inspire 2 controller plus the Crystal Sky Ultra monitor.

I am a professional licensed pilot & MUST be able to keep my flight records.

Please help urgently!

I remember that I also had this problem on your website when I tried to sign up for a voucher. At first they did not believe me, then they fixed it after about a week. Do you think I am maybe stuck for a week?
