please help

My MA2 conect great with my samsung S10 phone with DJI Fly app.

the dji fly app will not install on my Samsung TAB A 8" running Android version 9
the DJI polit loads and starts but will not conect with the tablit.

i really need the bigger screen please can someone help

Hi Mike, sorry to know the DJI Fly is unable to be installed in your Samsung TAB A 8". The DJI FLY APP was developed based on the 64-bit platform. The minimum request of installation environment as below:
1. Requires Android 6.0 or above.
2. Available ROM is 2GB and above.
3. Supporting ArmV8 64-bit architectures (64-bit processor).

It is recommended to use the recommended mobile device on DJI website: https://www.dji.com/gr/mavic-air-2/downloads We will also keep updating the list.

Had the same problem with my Mavic Mini.  The Tab A has same hardware as my Samsung S7, but would not load from Google store.
Purchased IPad mini instead works fine
