Nothing? Odd not to hear somebody saying something negitive about this update... I done updated mine but have not flown it yet... Have too much work to do

I just flew it with the new update and the video lag issues looks fixed for me so far. plus i updated the app and had no issues too.

So you have not flown with 1.2.8?

Flew two battery's worth, no issues so far.

I just got my Phantom 3 Advanced. Before flying for the first time I tried to update with the 1.2.8 Firmware. Tried already 7 times. Downloaded with Apple, with PC, used two different SD cards, … nothing works. Anyone an idea what"s wrong ?

i have one complain after Firmware update from v1.2.7 to v1.2.8 the dji Pilot app v.1.2.0 andoid Version Shows me still the v1.2.7 installed on the copter !!!

but the results file says v1.2.8 is installed successfully

Had no problems with the first FW. The new FW with VPS on I bounce 6-8 inches up and down, 3-4 inches left to right and that is not a problem for me.
With VPS off 6 inches off ground 1.5 to 2 inches left to right, (This is strange) still not a problem, I attached a lazer, Horizonial and vertical at my own risk to take these measurements.
I have never had a heat issue or a lapse or lag in video, I want it to continue like this.
This is the thrid Phantom for me, Have flown RC 's for years and this is the best yet.
I do believe in DJI and the products they produce
