Hi, I can't seem to update to the latest firmware v2.3.1.20.

Plugged in the gimbal via USB-C cable, turned the battery on but the gimbal powered off. Everytime I update, it says this:



I then unplugged the gimbal / USB cable, reconnected it but also gave it a try with the gimbal powered on. Same thing:






The DJI Ronin app says Firmware Version is 2.2.1.10 but on the DJI Assistant I now see this?



What's going on here? How can I fix this?

Ok, I think I've solved the problem!
Not sure if it was the cable I was using but I reconnected using the OEM DJI USB-C cable and it worked fine.
Hope this helps someone else.
