I want to record what I see in the DJI Fly App when I'm flying the drone (with all the statistics, warnings, etc). I have turned on Caching in my Video settings, but I don't see any videos recorded anywhere. The only videos I see are the ones recorded on the aircraft SD card, but those don't have any of the flight display information.

That's the recording from the done not your actual screen with all the info, alerts, and settings.

Ok, thanks but where is this being recorded to? I can get all the videos from the drone's SD card, but I never see any other recordings.

Please execute the screen recording as suggested above and you will see the screen recordings in the internal album of your iPhone.
