Phantom 3 Pro can fly normally but wont connect to Dji app

Hello everyone, I'm new here and just bought P3P used in very good condition

my drone and RC work perfectly I can fly and also i can control the camera and record normally

But I cannot connect to Mobile phone or iPad with Dji Go app? when i enter the app its stay on "How to connect" for P3P and it gave me a camera view for Inspire 1

Can anyone Help

Dji Go app Requires iOS 8.0 or later. Compatible with iPhone, iPad, and iPod touch.
Requiere Android 4.1.2 o superior.

HERE. iso a much better compatibility chart for you. It Does say that the Samsung S9+ is OK so don't go out buying things you probably don't need!

Since you have tried using two ( 2 )  different recommended mobile devices on your DJI Phantom 3 Pro and still the issue is persisting. I would recommend you to contact our DJI support team at https://www.dji.com/support?site=brandsite&from=nav for further assistance with regards to this matter. Just a reminder that  DJI do not recommend doing a DIY in fixing the said issue to avoid further damaging the said unit. Again I am sorry for the trouble and thank for your understanding.
