Looking at the camera stream_callback_sample. Is the startMainCameraStream() function available on the M300?
I didn't see if annotated for only the M210 V2 but was a bit confused on the MAIN_CAM.  If so does it only pull the active main camera feed?

No. The camera stream_callback_sample is only available for M210 v2. M300 can not use this sample.
