Hi, I recently bought a Mavic 2 Pro and after using it a couple of hours, I wanted to try the Active Tracking... that resulted in a small crash.
I now get the message : Esc Status Error, Turn off aircraft and restart ...

I have a hard time believing it's an ESC issue because whenever I turn on the drone, there is the normal 4 beeps and each motor turn a few degrees following the beep sound.
(On the 4th beep, no motor is turning, I don't remember if it is normal).
Also No motor show any kind of resistance, they all spin freely.

I tried upgrading the firmware since it wasn't the latest, but nothing has changed.

I was reading that someone downgraded his firmware and got rid of ESC status error.
On this thread (Phantom) : https://forum.dji.com/thread-103582-1-1.html   the second post says to "put the firmware on the micro sd card and insert again"
and
https://forum.dji.com/forum.php?mod=viewthread&tid=120384 they upgrade the firmware and are able to get rid of these issues.

Anyone is in the same situation ? Could it be a calibration issue after a shock ?

Thanks!

Hi bachellerieloic, I am sorry to hear about the accident and the issue with your drone. Since the drone had experienced a crash and there is an ESC error with the drone, I'd suggest that you send the drone back for a diagnosis and service. Please contact our support at http://www.dji.com/support to start a case. Thank you.
