I received a 'new replacement ' air 2 under the care refresh policy which ive always used for drone that ive purchased from DJI.
The problem i now have from 2 min into the first flight is gimbal overload , tried calibration etc to no avail.
I reported the problem weeks ago now & still the process of replacement/repair is not under way, i received an email instructing me that i will be sent labels & I AM STILL WAITING!!!
At this rate im now considering my options, really not happy!

I am sorry to hear that there is an issue with the drone and the difficulties you experienced, I understand that must be frustrated for you.
I'd pulled out your case number, noticing that the shipping label had been sent to you on 23 July, I will ask the proper team to send the label again. At the same time, please try to check the spam and see if the email was filtered. Sorry again for the troubles.
