I use Dji Pilot with Inspire 2 and X5S. Pilot app ask me to update X5S firmware. How can I do that?

What firmware version do you have? And to what firmware version does it want you to upgrade to?

Test connecting your Inspire 2 with the X5s attached to DJI Assistant 2 and see if it updates anything. the .300 firmware you have installed is the latest for the Inspire 2, unless you have one of the newer ones (but then it should probably have shipped with .400 unless you have an older camera and the new I2).
