Has anyone noticed recently forum pages are slow to load...particularly backing out to the first page???  It may just be me, my desktop or modem but I'm also having trouble on my iPhone when on WIFI.

Yes, it's sometimes horridly slow. It's been like that every since I've been a member though.

Yes I concur, some a miss, hopefully they ar3 working on improving the site.

For me, it always loaded pretty quickly until a month...month and a half ago.

I can't believe you all have had the same issue and I'm the first one to complain...and after a month of slowness...I guess my age is responsible for my lack of patience.  Hopefully a moderator will pick up on this...Mindy, Paladin, Stephen, Susan, anyone???

I do find that Chrome is slightly faster than Firefox. No idea why.

I have brutally slow net access here on the farm, in the middle of nowhere, so it makes little difference. However, I visited two relative's homes in the nearest city to here today, one has 100 down, the other has fiber at 500 down, and yes, still sometimes these forum pages are quite slow.

Blame it on President Trump he has something to do with the connection being throttled to China

At times very slow to respond in Norway as well. I've got a 500mbit connection. To my web dev eye it looks like a mix of distance latency and whatever software the server/forum runs. But, might be some kind of throttling somewhere as people suggest.  

Experiencing the same VERY irritating issue for a couple of weeks now.
