Could you help take a look at this issue please? I'm having problem installing the DJI Assistant 2 on my Macbook Pro (v10.15.6). See error message screenshot below:


Mac OS Alert,

“DJI+Assistant+2+For+Mavic+2.0.14.pkg” cannot be opened because it is from an unidentified developer.

macOS cannot verify that this app is free from malware.

Safari downloaded this file today at 10:33 AM from dl.djicdn.com.

I need help. Looking forward to your update.

I am not familiar with Apple products...but perhaps you can click/tap on the question mark and have an option to install it anyway.

You have to go into the security settings and allow the app. Is a very well known issue with certain apps even with macOS just prior to Catalina

That is perfectly normal - go into system preferences>security and privacy then allow app downloads. Follow the on screen prompts and you'll have it.
