Hi guys,

I bought my Osmo Pocket one month ago but noticed recently that the gimbal can't remain vertical after shutting down.  The firmware is up to date and I don't know if it's normal because I'm very careful when using it and there is no collision.

I've also noticed that there seems to be a defective pixel on the screen. It‘s only noticeable under dark/solid color background, but it doesn't exist under the system setting background. I also can't see this defective pixel clearly in the photos, but I'm not sure if it must not exist.

I attached the video and photos for further help

Hi kathy13, it is normal that the gimbal tilts after it is powered off, please don't worry.
For the dead pixel, you can send the unit back for diagnosis and service. Please start an online service request at https://repair.dji.com/repair/index and send the unit in, thank you.
