I received this drone NEW from a professor for a project (No proof of purchase, but I have the S/N). After following the setup instructions, I found that the battery doesn't seem to charge or hold a charge. I looked up this issue to see if others had a solution for this problem, and I now suspect that the battery is faulty. It is behaving exactly like in this YouTube video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=gpRtjMKiZ-c

I tried to send a support email but the site kept crashing for me. Any help is greatly appreciated.

Hi nigupta, sorry to hear about the issue. Just to double confirm, the first LED blinked when you tried to power it on, right? Could you please provide the serial number to double-check? At the same time, if the website crashes when you fill out the case, you can send the email directly to the support, address: support@dji.com.
