Hello there.
When I use my Ronin S together with my Sony A6400 and Sony E 18-135mm lens I get very noticeable micro-vibrations. I made sure the gimbal was perfectly balanced myself and it also says "Excellent" on all axis after a balance test in the Ronin app. I've tried all calibration processes available in the app and I've also reset all settings to their default, but it didn't help. Here's a link to a video I just shot with this setup and you'll see what I'm talking about:

In the video I placed the Ronin S on it's tripod legs on a hard surface. The camera (Sony A6400) was balanced and connected via the included MCC-B cable. I used the Sony E 18-135mm at 35mm and recorded in 4K. Autofocus was disabled.
Is this a faulty unit or is there some kind of setting I need to change?

Try to adjust stiffness settings in the app (lower the nombers) - if that does not help, you may have a faulty unit, this is definately NOT ok.
