Hello there Drone#27. Thank you for reaching out and for creating this thread for the DJI Mavic Air 2. Again, thank you for supporting DJI and please stay safe always.

The MA2 is exceptional value for money but I would not call £949 for a consumer drone a ‘budget’. There are clearly many Mavic Mini owners on here who can’t afford the MA2.

The issue of affordability will be solved with release of disposable drones, mass supplied to the poorest countries around the World. Even a New Guinea aboriginal will be able to publish YT video. Right now DJI is working on recycling strategy to avoid the scenario of Planet Earth littered to death with exhausted drones ...
