I dropped my Mavic 2 Pro getting out of the car while it was turned off, I'm getting a constant imu error no matter how much I re calibrate

You've been wonderful, how long does the shipping label normally take?

AND can I take out a second year care refresh when the replacement craft is received?

Upon creation of your case online, you should receive your shipping label with 24 hours. Please let us know if you still haven't received it.
