Active track not working correctly

I installed updated version of the firmware, I fired up DJI Mimo with my Osmo Mobile 3 gimbal. It seemingly worked fine until I tried to use the Active Track feature. When I select some object the software displays the green box. Then all of a sudden the gimbal starts swirling all over the place. I also receive a pinkish color on the screen then As if it can't find the object to track. Is there something that I can do to correct this? I have deleted and re-installed the app, still doing the same
