What happens if you delete the DJI fly app. I’m wondering if it will delete all of the videos that you have taken and all the videos that you have edited. I want to do this because my flight records are not syncing with my phone so even though I have taken like 200 flights I don’t see any of it in my profile page. It must be on my phone because I flew on another device and it logged the flight I took. The DJI files are stored in my files app on my iPhone(7). I just don’t want all of my hard work that I have or any videos that I have taken being deleted if I do delete the app then reinstall it.
Just so you know I have synced the flight records, the app is up to date and the have logged in and out. Last thing to try is uninstalling the installing the app.

Make sure you have data sync turned on.
Does the app show that there are flight records that have not been uploaded?  If so, push the button to force the upload.  Give it a couple days to see if it shows up.
If you are going to remove and reload, copy the video files onto your computer (where you should be copying them anyway IMHO)

I would pull the card, store it somewhere, and insert a new one.

Hmmm,  The 1.29 miles is pretty close to the 6699 feet shown on your forum profile.  So obviously that one flight uploaded correctly.  Is that the one flight you did on the other device?  And are those screen captures done from that other device or from the one that you have done about 200 flights on?

The only thing I can think of is that you originally logged in with a different account.  But I make no claim to know how the DJI data processing system works...

Yes that was the one flight that I took on the other device. And the screen captures are from the one that I took the 200 flights on. I logged in on with the same login that I took the 200 flights.
