It should be in the box beside the quickstart manual and extra stickers , it was with mine.

for which product customs required CE certificate ?

there are 2 x phantom intelligent batteries on way to me at this moment - i'm curious if there will be similiar problem for me ...

The CE is printed directly on each product as the law requires in EU. And yes he is also working in the EU....
Here are 3 images of the Quad, battery and controller- - And there is a big ass CE Sticker on the BOX itself.

It's not exactly as you wrote. CE marking alone is not sufficient to pass the customs check, there also should be Declaration of Conformity EC included with the imported goods. As I remember, such declaration is included inside the package. Maybe custom officer simply didn't wanted to open the box and void the seals?

There is a massive import of goods from China, and many of these goods are marked CE (what a problem is to print two letters on the box?) but doesn't conform to European laws. This is especially a problem with many toys that are often very dangerous to use or contains unhealthy chemicals. This is why Polish customs are so serious about goods imported from China, trying to prevent such dangerous items entering the community market. And I think it's very good. For customs officer this is just a toy. So this is not a problem with some "drunken Polish customs general", but this is the way European law works.

In fact, declaration of conformity should be easily available at the DJI site.

my batteries just arrived, no problems with customs - probably there was a number of similar shipments, so they already know that phantom drones or accessories complies with CE.

anyway, now I have 5 flight batteries - no more racing with time while flying ;)

it´s labeled and the documentation is in the box also.

I came across some idiots on Customs....
They opened the package but did not find CE certification....
The certificate was together with documentation and instructions ...
4 weeks of waiting.

I have same problem, custom service said, need digital format for decleration Conformity. I need it for E305 kit or 2312 motors. I send email to dji but no answer or solution.
Is there anyone can help me? Thank you so much.
