I have a DJI Osmo (OM160). I'm using the DJI Go app on iOS (not DJI Go3 or Go4). When I take pictures or videos with the Osmo,  they get saved in my SD card, which I can verify by loading it onto my  computer, but I need to be able to check the media while I'm in the  field. When I go to the editor mode, I click on photos and it says sync  in progress. After I wait a while, nothing happens. I tap the import  icon in the corner, hit import from SD card, and a black screen pulls up  with a loading icon whirling in the center. After a few seconds, the  loading icon goes away, but the screen stays black.

Again, I know the Osmo  is taking pics, because they shop up on the SD card when mounted on my  computer, but not in the DJI Go app, where I need to preview them before  pulling them up on my computer.
