Hi to everyone,

Today, I had really bad day. I was doing a shot of a fountain-monument on a city suare, with a help of "QuickShot - Circle" manouver, BUT, drone did NOT went to circle, but more like ellipse movement and before I could do anything, lost control and hit a building which resulted with a CRASH and beyond repair damage.

Question: Since this is not man mistake, is there a chance to get new drone from DJI? Experience?
