One of the motors suddenly stopped working. Please help me. What can I do?

Dear, Did only one motor stop working suddenly and the others work normally? What happended before this and was there any prompt in Tello APP?

I have been dealing with a similar issue. However, I previously crashed my Tello into a tree and I have already dealt with the service department. Typical replacement and service cost is $65. I have yet to take care of that myself.
