Dropped my Osmo Pocket and gimbal doesn't move all the way up/down

Dropped my Osmo Pocket and gimbal doesn't move all the way up/down, won't get past the boot-up movements, and gives me a message that the gimbal is protected and tap to resume and I can't really do anything. Any advise for a diy fix or send it in? If I send it in can someone give a possible range of what I might be charged?

Since this unfortunate incident happened I would recommend you to contact our DJI support team at https://www.dji.com/support?site=brandsite&from=nav for further assistance. Just a reminder that  DJI do not recommend doing a DIY in fixing the your DJI Osmo Pocket to avoid further damaging the said unit. In addition, the repair cost / quotation will be given to you after the assessment of the said DJI camera. Again I am sorry for the trouble this has caused and thank you for your understanding.
