Has anyone been success full in posting a 4K video for sharing on YouTube?
I generated a 4k Video via Pinnacle Studio 18, and was able to play it back on my computer.

Went to share it on YouTube, and it provided a 360 video, not even a 720 or 1080 (so no HD).
I republished, directly from Pinnacle, and best it would do is 1080p

But would like to get the 4K version up there.

You have to be a little patient here. You can see the 360 or even 240 version first. Then after some time all resolution options will become available.

Actually you need to click on the "settings" button - the wheel on the lower right of the YouTube screen and click the quality you would like. So I was able to get 1080 from your video.  Now for 4K, it depends on your export settings in the video editor.

Yah, that I knew.  The video I linked, was a second submission to get the HD options (direct publish from Pinnacle Studio 18).

When I setup the 4k version, it was Pinnacle's MPEG-4-Ultra4k settings.   I have a thread there as well, to find out what happened.      Very limited info about how to publish 4k Videos on Youtube out there, most tend to the notion that YouTube isn't still experimental with it's support of it.
