Hello there Michele990. I am sorry to know what happened to your DJI Mini 2 and thank you for reaching out. Since there was a crash and this unfortunate event happened I would recommend you to contact our DJI support team at https://www.dji.com/support?site=brandsite&from=nav for further assistance. We have a team that will do there best to check the said drone and will give out the best resolution for this issue.  Again I am sorry for the trouble and thank you for your understanding.

Understanding a bit Italian it is not the person that made this video that crashed his drone but rather another person... He basically explained the errors of an inexperience user... flying at 2km in a city and have not enough juice to return home... Nice video! Nice way of explaining it.
