Looks like (and the video isn't very clear) that you need to calibrate the gimbal wheel, lots of threads and advice on here on how to do it

but I tried to calibrate and i  can not do well ... i try  in 2 ways and nothing .

Use this calibration to the letter without connecting to the computer.

It's good to see you out and about again. You're expertise is very important to new flyers here. You know a great deal about these Phantoms and I'm very happy to see you sharing your knowledge. If not for guys like you. I wouldn't be flying!

Hi,  I also took Gerry's advice and it worked great for me.  I also copied the instructions so I could use them in the future if necessary.   Thanks to the guys on this forum for all your advice and helpful comments.
