One of the key things for me is how the new Mini 2 handles the wind. I did a little test today in Essex UK and was very pleased. Here is a short video. I would nothave been happy with the Mini 1 in this sort of wind but the mini 2 did very well indeed. Look at the flag in the background

No normal mode. I tend to never use Sport mode.

It was hovering with me hands off the controller

Great flying on such a windy day.  Mini 2 appears to perform very well on windy days compared to original Mini.

Love the fact that the mini 2 can handle a lot more wind as it is the replacement for my mavic pro that had to go because of new upcomming rules and regulations here in the netherlands.

can You upload also video from drone? one thing is staying in position in such wind other - is video still usable?

I was not videoing at that time but I was other times and the video is fine. The DJI Gimbals are very good indeed

I just flown my new Mini 2 for its first flight in a 40kph and 71kph gusts in north of France near the coast. It handled the wind perfectly !  Then I sent it to 120m height with caution and it did it!
fantastic Mini 2. Obviously sport mode only at those speeds.
