whats the point in having ten kl distance on mini 2 and not bieng able to use goggles

Well, I think the 10 km spec is mostly just for battery life. I have flown many times over 10 km overall with the MA2 while not ever over 1 km from the home point.

The two things are not connected at all. You can fly with a screen just as good as with the goggles

But with DJI glasses that are connected via a radio channel, and not via HDMI, flying is much more interesting, especially with the function of controlling the drone's camera suspension by turning the head in the helmet!

With 10km of range you know that you'll have less inference problems.

It’s all about confidence for me, I use my Mini 2 while hill walking and camping.  In such difficult terrain I need the confidence that I’m not going to loose connection or at the very least if I need to make an unplanned emergency landing it will be under my control.  I fly VLOS normally, yes I’ve tested my Mini 2 for distance in a rural environment, I turned it around at 3000m, the Mavic Mini was great but there was always that worry in the back of my mind regards connection.

10km is mostly being used for stronger drone to RC connections, that means you will get a flawless video with no glitch.  I would not dare take this little thing half that length anyways.  Stay safe!
