Assistance returning Phantom to DJI.

Hi, I recently raised a ticket to return my Phantom 2V+ back to DJI due to a critical error with the camera / gimbal. I'm preparing to send this back now but wasn't sure what I need to include when I do so? Do I need to include the batteries and controller etc.? Or can I just send the drone itself? Any help would be appreciated.

Be sure you get the RMA from DJI as you will need to put that. number on the box. I would double box it. You will need the quad and the controller. No batteries. They need the controller as they will test fly the unit befor returning it to you. DJI will send you an email telling you how to and what to send. It will take anywhere from 6 to 9 weeks door to door.
