Please provide me a user training session

Hi Upul, sorry for the inconvenience caused. We don't provide training sessions in Sri Lanka at present. May I know the model of your drone and the specific issue that you encountered? I'd like to help you check it, thanks.

I bought DJI Phantom 4 RTK Quod Copter for mapping purposes. I got the basic operation training from supplier last 17th. Actually they were setup drome and were able to fly. Again I tried to fly drone on 21st and switched on.
1. I could not connect Aircraft with RC
2. Software DJIGORTK Apps not supported
3. I couldn't activate my Dangal
4.Some menu functions in App not supported

I have informed this issue and  handed over my RC to Local Agent. I have not received yet this back to me. Please send me my RC it tooks more than three months
Local Vender informed me that DJI delay this and still keeping in your side.
I am really worried about your after sales service
