Hi

on a S900, with GH4. Lightbridge and Z15.

All firmwares upgraded (LB, Z15, A2, Gh4)

Switch on Gimbal set to HD
Gimbal light (front) solid green
IOSD data coming through display as crisp, no issues
BUT video comes out on display as pizelized, very poor quality.

GH4 setup:
Reset all settings, upgraded FW.
as per Z15 manual (creative mode, AFC)
HDMI rec is set as AUTO
TV output set to 1080


any suggestions? I think it comes from the GH4 as IOSD data is crips.

Make sure lightbridge video source is set to hd gimbal via the lightbridge application. To output valid hd signal you need the front led to blink green.

Thanks Blade, I hope its setting issue not bad hardware....
I have changed HDMI downconvert to 1080p, now green light is blinking on the gimbal, good news. Here are snapshots of the iphone screen, with pixelized display and settings. Thanks for your advice on that.

I noticed that the GH4 has HDMI downconvert to 1080p, and iphone setings has 720p but 1080i (interlaced), does it matter?

What iPhone are you using? I have found that you will need an a7 or higher to get the performance required.

Iphone 5s.
Behavior is  consistent when connecting LB to a TV or skyhigh 7" monitor ... pixelized. could it be transmission weakness?

Can you post a picture of signal diagnostic?

bad AV/HD board? Usually it works or does not, right? can it be flaky like this?

First  check your channel RSSI value, try to chose one lowest channel.

Please try another signal channel to see, or tighten the 7 PIN plug to try

Hi I have the same issue, was there ever a solution or is it just a matter of returning the gimbal for an HD/AV board upgrade?
