I have updated my all softwares, granted permissions via system prefs. in OS 10.15 and attempted an update to the Ronin-S multiple times but each time it fails. The log is no help. I keep seeing that my device needs to be "refreshed" but each time I try it fails. Any help would be extreamly appreciated given our investment in the system.
