Active track is unfavorable if other objects come into focus during the tracking or if the selected object has too little contrast to the surroundings. Try the same in exactly the same place by selecting the follow mode. Assuming good satellite reception, otherwise the trajectory in follow mode can be a bit choppy from time to time *). Do not forget to click "Set from Aircraft Position" in the settings before starting after you have flown the mini into the position from which it should follow. Otherwise perhaps it flies first to the starting point and thus possibly into obstacles.

*) The more satellites are received and the further away the drone is from the RC the better it is

Thanks mate!! Now on to ORBIT and since watching a video about it, i think I'll have to (eventually) try out FPV/VR mode. Thats gonna be a tall order

But will DJI bring ActiveTrack to the DJI Fly app?
