Hello

I would like to view the video feed from my Mini 2 or MA2 on a second screen as well as the controller screen. I can do this with ApowerMirror and other mirroring software but these require a stable internet connection. Is there a way to view the feed on a second screen in the 'field' where there is no internet connection.

On my other Drones that will run Litchi I can do this with litchi view but it does not work at all well

Nice idea.  I'm interested in 2nd screen viewing so I'll be following your thread to see if anybody has a workable solution.

With a SC and Feelworld monitor you can, its what I use, sometimes I use a longer HDMI cable and have the monitor on a tripod stand.

Oh, does the MM2 work with the SC or is that just the Air2, no idea as I only use a M2 Zoom.

dji may have the smart controller advantage over other manufacturers but autel has the livedeck which is a box that talks directly to the drone wireless for many miles and has an hdmi port so you can plug in a monitor. i have mine mounted on a standalone tripod because stacking a monitor on top of a smart controller is just too bulky.  dji should learn from this.

but yeah, there is a way to mirror your phone's screen onto a remote monitor without internet; i'm sure there was a previous post on it.

So you don't know the answer to the question then. You just sort of answered your own question rather than the one asked

Hi, Bigplumbs. Thanks for reaching out! About your inquiry, we regret the DJI Fly doesn't have an option to mirror OSD (on-screen display) to another monitor or screen. This is only achievable via HDMI Out but requires you to have the DJI Smart Controller and currently compatible with the Mavic 2 Series and Mavic Air 2.

actually i was searching for the thread that discussed this but the search is not very easy to use on this forum.  while i was looking it became late.  so yeah, i think i do know the answer and since i'm not the only one on this forum, perhaps someone else can chime in while i am not posting and as i mentioned there are threads on this so maybe you are better at searching than i.

i have all the equipment and i've done it couple of times with the dji drones sans smart controller but it's nothing special so i haven't visited it in awhile.  i can describe my setup but maybe i don't know for sure what you are requesting so i'll ask:  are you trying to take the screen from your mobile phone (which is showing the drone's camera feed) and wirelessly project it to an external monitor with no internet connection involved?

take a look at this device, see if this helps:  https://www.amazon.com/gp/produc ... 0?ie=UTF8&psc=1
